OFF SEASON BREAKS
Spiders Web Cottage will have its lower west wing (with bedrooms 2 and 3 plus family bathroom) closed off, for all out of season bookings for a couple or a couple with a small child. Of course for larger groups the whole cottage is open!
This leaves the spacious gallery bedroom, en suite bathroom, large lounge and kitchen/diner available for a couple.

IIf you want a night or 2 longer than a 2/3 night break, the extra nights are £35 each.
November 1st to March 31st heating is included. April 1st to October 31st, heating will be put on for you at a cost of £25 per week or £11 for a 2/3 night break.
The tenant has to pay a contribution towards the electricity costs, as these have risen dramatically. There are £1 electric meters in each cottage. They cost about £1 to £2 per day, depending on the size of your party, so approx. £10 per week, perhaps £13 for 8 people in Barn Owl.
Once you have telephoned or emailed your dates and confirmation you wish to book, we will hold those dates for you, for one week. |
