2 Semi Detached, Large 3 Storey Houses, newly built in summer of 2006. Sleep from 2 to 6/7. These two identical properties are named Bramble House and Hawthorn House.

Well behaved pets welcome but must not be left unattended. The charge is £20 per week for one 1 dog, £30 per week for 2.

Two parking spaces are available directly outside each house, with additional parking if required. You enter on the ground floor, into a spacious hall way where the laundry facilities are, with full size washing machine and condensing tumble dryer and storage.

Through to the Inner Hall there is a large Bathroom with a double- width Shower cubicle. Opposite the bathroom is Bedroom 1, a large double bedded room, with TV and Freeview, ample wardrobe and drawer space. From the bedroom are sliding doors leading to a large flagged patio area with barbecue and hardwood garden furniture.

Stairs lead up to the 1st floor landing with Bedroom 2, which can be used as a single room or a twin room if an extra child comes. Next to this bedroom is the spacious modern lounge, with ample Leather seating, electric fire, 32" LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player. Patio doors lead to the balcony area, with seating and superb country views across the Porth Valley. Through the double folding doors is the dining room and large, well equipped kitchen with modern Maple units, dishwasher, plinth heater, waste disposal, ceramic electric cooker and large American-style fridge/freezer with ice making and filtered chilled water.

Also leading from the landing is the fully tiled family bathroom, with full sized bath and mains pressure shower. Further staircase leading up to the top floor with Bedroom 3, a twin room with sea views at the front and Bedroom 4, the Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and lovely far reaching country views.

These lovely houses are only a few minutes walk down to Whipsiderry Beach (which has lots of steps down the side of the cliff, but well worth it when you get there!). Also, only a few hundred metres down the hill to award winning Porth Beach, great for families. Dogs are allowed on the beach from October 1st to Easter.

Watergate bay is only about a mile in the other direction, with its lovely pub, The Phoenix, Jamie Olivers' restaurant 15, The Extreme Academy, surfboard hire, also lessons can be booked ahead. Newquay town centre is about 2 miles from the houses.

The beds you require for your booking will be fully made up for you, tea towels are provided, as are bath mats. Towel Hire is available at £3 per person.

Prices for both our houses, all year, include the beds you require fully made up for your arrival.

2 tea towels and bath mats are provided for each booking.

Cot and high chair are available at no extra charge.

A £200 Good Housekeeping Bond is payable with the deposit, when booking. This is returned when the house is thoroughly checked for any damage, breakages or extra cleaning that may be required.
It will then be posted back to you by the owners, or on the morning of departure if enough time has been allocated.
