Pretty 3 Bedroom Holiday Cottage
On entering Spiders Web Cottage, you will notice the large, Art Deco window, featuring the artwork from where the cottage gets its name.
You enter into a small hallway, with room for coats and shoes and curved staircase leading up to Bedroom 1. Open plan into spacious lounge, with comfortable leather 3 piece suite, New 42" Plasma Screen TV with Freeview., DVD player and Video Recorder. Dual aspect windows and doors leading to patio, stone built barbecue and gardens beyond. Steps lead down from the lounge to kitchen/dining room. Beautifully equipped for up to 6 people.
Leading from the kitchen, downstairs, is a small hallway, with door to another, family bathroom, newly refurbished for 2007 and including a shower/ bath.
Bedroom 2 is very pretty with twin beds, as shown. These beds can be zipped together to form a 5ft king size bed, if needed. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 3 is very cute and small, ideal for a child. It has a single bed and chest of drawers, and clothes hooks on the wall.
Full Oil Fired Central heating now installed.

- This cottage has its own barbecue. Patio Table and Benches or Chairs
- Cot and High Chair free of charge, but please bring all your baby's linen and towels
- This cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite upstairs).

If you want a night or 2 longer than a 2/3 night break, please ask when booking.
November 1st to March 31st heating is included. April 1st to October 31st, heating will be put on for you at a cost of £25 per week or £11 for a 2/3 night break.
The tenant has to pay a contribution towards the electricity costs, as these have risen dramatically. There are £1 electric meters in each cottage. They cost about £1 to £2 per day, depending on the size of your party, so approx. £10 per week, perhaps £13 for 8 people in Barn Owl.
If we took a meter reading at the start of your holiday and at the end, for you to pay us, it would out considerably more!
