French door leads into the beautiful, large dining room. This has double aspect windows, including French doors to the front of the property.

Fabulous 19th Century Refectory Table, settle and chairs, comfortably seating 8 people. Lovely old Chiffonier Dresser.

Through to kitchen, well equipped for 8, door leading out to garden, barbecue, table/benches and
chairs. Lovely views over the valley.

Door from kitchen leads to fully equipped Shower Room and a further bathroom, which has bath,
toilet and wash hand basin. A very pretty room, with dual aspect windows over the gardens.

Leading off the dining room is Bedroom 1, which has an antique double brass bed stead, wardrobe
and chest of drawers. Wash hand basin, Portable TV.

Next door to this is bedroom 2, with a single 3ft. four poster bed stead and another single bed,
wardrobe and chest of drawers. Wash hand basin.

Open stairs from the dining room lead up to a lovely, spacious lounge with high, vaulted ceiling with
original old beams.

This is a lovely large room with leather suite and chairs, big bookcase with plenty to read and board

wardrobe and dressing table.

A cot will fit in either twin room if only 1 bed is being used. It is a bit of a squeeze -
if you do not mind, we are happy to put one in!
