Barn Owl Cottage is the largest one of the four. It has a porch, with antique coat rack and hall table, plenty of space for outdoor shoes and boots!

French door leads into the beautiful, large dining room. This has double aspect windows, including French doors to the front of the property.

Fabulous 19th Century Refectory Table, settle and chairs, comfortably seating 8 people. Lovely old Chiffonier Dresser.

Through to newly built kitchen, well equipped for 8, door leading out to garden, barbecue, table/benches and chairs. Lovely views over the valley.

Door from kitchen leads to fully equipped Shower Room and a further bathroom, which has bath, toilet and wash hand basin. A very pretty room, with dual aspect windows over the gardens.

Leading off the dining room is Bedroom 1, which has an antique double brass bed stead, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Wash hand basin, Portable TV.

Next door to this is bedroom 2, with a single 3ft. four poster bed stead and another single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Wash hand basin.

Open stairs from the dining room lead up to a lovely, spacious lounge with high, vaulted ceiling with original old beams. Leather sofas and chair, antique bookcase, Plasma screen TV, DVD player.

Door to Bedroom 3, a lovely double four poster bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, wash hand basin. Door to Bedroom 4, a twin room, with 3ft Brass beds, wardrobe and dressing table.

If you want a night or 2 longer than a 2/3 night break, please ask when booking.

November 1st to March 31st heating is included. April 1st to October 31st, heating will be put on for you at a cost of £25 per week or £11 for a 2/3 night break.

The tenant has to pay a contribution towards the electricity costs, as these have risen dramatically. There are £1 electric meters in each cottage. They cost about £1 to £2 per day, depending on the size of your party, so approx. £10 per week, perhaps £13 for 8 people in Barn Owl.

If we took a meter reading at the start of your holiday and at the end, for you to pay us, it would out considerably more!
